“The Atomic Cherry Bombs is a dance troupe based out of Atomic Ballroom in Irvine, CA. We specialize in the dance styles of the past, from 1920s charleston to 1960s gogo. Founded by a group of professional and amateur lindy hop swing dancers in 2009 as a way to honor the vintage jazz tradition of the chorusgirl groups of the 1930s/40s, we pay tribute to the amazing showgirls, chorusgirls, and burlesque performers of the past, while bringing dazzling entertainment to modern audiences.”
